All transactions occur directly between Contributors and Campaigners.
7. User Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Minors may use the Platform only through a legal guardian or authorized representative.
Organizations confirm that their representatives are duly authorized to act on their behalf.
8. Campaigner Responsibilities
Campaigners agree that:
All campaign information is accurate, complete, and truthful
Funds will be used only for the stated purpose
All applicable local, national, and international laws are complied with
No misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited activities are conducted
Helping System reserves the right to suspend or remove any campaign that violates these Terms.
9. Contributor Responsibilities
Contributors acknowledge that:
Contributions are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law
Helping System does not guarantee campaign outcomes or fund usage
Due diligence is the responsibility of the Contributor
Any dispute related to fund usage must be addressed with the Campaigner
10. Payments and Platform Fees
The Platform may deduct applicable service fees, payment processing charges, and taxes where required. Fee structures may change at any time and will be disclosed on the Platform.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Helping System is not responsible for payment failures beyond its control.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
